The cost of the intake session is $50.
After your intake session, we’ll book your first regular/follow-up session together. These are 50 minutes long. While the focus may change from session to session depending on where we are in the counselling process, it will typically involve a deep-dive into the thoughts, feelings and behaviours surrounding the issues you’re struggling with.
These sessions are $100. (It really matters to me that my services are affordable, so I offer them on a sliding scale. We can discuss this at the initial consultation or during the intake session).
